There are certain people who appear in newspapers and celebrity magazines all the time, every time you turn the page there’s another article about them. But I think there is very little coverage of our Leona. Would you like to see more of Leona in the media?
No because if you look at those celebs in those articles….they’re the celebs who are going downhill such as Katie Price, Lindsay Lohan, Cheryl Cole etc! I wouldn’t mind her doing more interviews with magazines, but as for magazines printing articles on her, no. Articles are full of errors anyways
i agree that a lot of articals about these people are full of errors, lies and all sorts and theres a lot of these articals that are negative and attack the person its going on about or someone relating to that person. they attack kaie price in it and sometimes alex and they dont attack cheryl with stuff very often but they often attack ashley in them and make up lies in the articals to make them bigger and more of a story. i dont want to see leona in magazines every week been attacked or lied about in articals but yeah it would be good to see her doing a few more interviews.
I don’t want Leona to be in too many magazines as most of these mags are full of z listers.Whereas if Leona remains mysterious and only exclusively gives interviews to selected mags such as cosmopolitan or hello the more upmarket mags, she will remain a hot commodity. As you wont see the biggest stars be it film or music giving interviews all the time or to any magazines.Most of the trashy mags can only speculate,make up stories or quote articles from the upmarket mags.
Thats what i like about Leona though.
Most of the time she only appears in magazines when she is doing promo or promoting a cause close to her heart.
The fact that she does not appear every week unlike Amy Winehouse etc is a credit to her and her family.
I think she takes very seriously the fact that she is a role model and she takes her job very seriously as well.
No, I just love Leona for what she is. A normal girl, without scandals.
She has enough coverage, but none of those were some scandals (if we exclude that attack at book signing). And I find these last stuffs with song verses on her hand unbelievably cute
I would like to make it clear I that I ment quality magazines and Leona is telling us about keeping us fans updated about things like tour preparations etc. I agree I am sick of reading about chav celeb in toilet paper rags.
I sorry if any of you mis understand, I didn’t mean to insult Leona. It’s just I would love my daily fix of my favourite celebrity Leona Lewis.
Leona only talks about issues she cares about (like animals) and promo which is good as people know what she thinks is important. She wont talk about her personal life as she wants to keep it private and to herself. I dont want her to be like Katie Price (who sells every personal detail) as shes the type of celeb who i dont like, and leona doesnt want to be like that either. I love opening a newspaper and seeing a story about leona because i think she gets quite a bit of coverage especially from the sun newspaper. I know its not always true but they class Leona as a A-lister which makes her interviews more important and stand out. And with her interviews are long so good enough. With things like Twitter now, magazines dont really post “new” news, but i think we have enough of what leona wants us to see.
I think Leona has been in the papers a lot recently because of the album and her birthday celebrations. I am glad some singers don’t have the spotlight on them all the time because I would get annoyed with them and would lose sight of what they are famous for.
Leona likes to keep her private life just that private She’s not lke a lot of stars have to appear everywhere and that’s why she is misintepreted I like reading articles on her especially when they’re more constructive and she’s not asked stupid questions
I like her being “low-profile”. That makes you get more excited when you read smth. new and great about Leona.
She’s not the type of person that’s always in the spotlight. Also, she’s very natural and not at all fake like many-many other artists. There is a very small difference between Leona at home with her family and Leona on the “red carpet”. That’s why she’s so unique and attractive to everyone !
Maybe more inetrviews with the lovely Leona would be good (altho she’s a very busy lady!)
But I admire her dignity and how she leads her life, not falling out of nightclubs at 3am, etc…
