Indeed! Its underperformance in North America seemed to overshadow it’s success in other countries.

What was it’s highest peak?

Off the top of my head…

#2 = UK
#2 = Austria
#3 = Ireland
#3 = Germany
#4 = Switzerland
#6 = Japan
#6 = Belgium

In other countries it was mainly top 30; #31 in US.

I agree robbie, getting to 31 one in america made it seem like it underperformed but looking at these peaks of happy shows success. 6 in japan? wow! thats amazing! I only thought happy did well in UK as never saw these but so glad it did well in other coutries. And to be honest, when ballads arent in, in america i think that “happy” did good in america with not much promotion. It isnt over for America, and these are really good peaks!

Does anyone have the audio of the Happy remix played on the Fashion Show? I’ve never listened to it but I would really like to as I’ve hears good things about it ever since it debuted.

Woa. I LOVE it! Really think they should have released this to US air to possibly save the single!

I still love Happy with a passion, and if I was to mark it out of 10 I would give it 10/10.  The video to Happy is so beautiful and it interprets the lyrics so well.

Happy is an amazing track and i dont think it got the full appreciation it so rightly deserved

‘Happy’ really clicked with me again yesterday. I was listening to it properly for the first time in a while and fell in love with it again.

I still like “Happy”, everytime I listen to it is like the first time. The song is for those who trully understand what’s music for ! The lyrics are awesome, not like some stupid : “One, two, three, look at me !” etc. etc.

I never get tired of listening to ‘Happy’. I’ve listened to it everyday since the radio premiere back in September and it never gets old.

I see the video on VH1 quite often (at least once per week)... The song is classic

how dare some people say Happy was a terrible lead single?
may I remind you, Kelly Clarkson’s My Life Would Suck Without You was an amazing lead single, but All I Ever Wanted sold as much worldwide as Echo.

Um I’m confused ... I thought that ‘Happy’ got to no1 in Spain but now on the Spanish chart it says that it peaked at 16 ??
