After an incredible 6 weeks of performances at packed out venues across the UK, the final curtain finally came down on Leona’s Labyrinth tour earlier this week.

Leona tweeted, “Last show and I’ve had a ball! Thank u to every1 who helped make the tour so special. Miss u guys already xxx”

To top off what was an absolutely spectacular show at Cardiff Arena, a select number of Leona’s loyal fans, including members of Leona’s official fan forum, were chosen to meet their idol backstage.

Aguilera, who releases her new album Bionic on June 8, announces 20 North American dates starting on July 15.

Aguilera will be joined by British pop chanteuse Leona Lewis, who is currently hot off the heals of her second album ECHO. Leona recently joined an elite group singers with her Academy Award Nomination for best song from the movie “Avatar” and is currently working as a spokeswoman for the Cottan Campaign with Colbie Caillat.

Just wanted to let you all know how excited I am to be part of Sex and the City 2. Like most girls I’m such a huge fan of the series and the first movie!  When I got approached to get involved I jumped up so fast! I havent seen the movie yet and cannot wait to get to a cinema to check it out!  It’s released the day before my UK tour starts, so maybe thats how I’ll calm my nerves the night before!

I met Sarah Jessica Parker a little while ago at Letterman and she was so lovely and beautiful, I had to stop myself from calling her ‘Carrie’!

Cant wait for you all to hear the song!

Why did you name the tour The Labyrinth?
I’m a big David Bowie fan and I loved the movie The Labyrinth growing up, it’ really has inspired me so much.  I feel it kind of represents my life in a surreal way too, trying to find my way through a maze!

What are you most excited about?
I’m just so excited to finally get to perform for all my fans. I feel like I’ve been waiting for this moment - to have my own show - forever! I’m so ready to get out there!

What can your fans expect?
They can expect me to give my everything to them every night! I’ve put so much love and care into making this show over the last 6 months. I’m going to put on an incredible show for you guys! I don’t want to give away too much as I want it to be a surprise for everyone coming to see it!

Who’s supporting you?
I’m so lucky to have the lovely Gabriella Cilmi as my special guest. I fell in love with her song ‘Sweet About Me’ - I’m so pleased she’ll be entertaining you guys too!

Will Melrose come and see any of your shows?
Hahaha Melrose is in LA but I’ll be making sure she watches it on video at some point!

Do you have a message for your fans?
Just that I can’t wait to see you all on the road! It’ll be such a great feeling to look out into the audience and see you all there. See you soon guys xLx
